11:1~9
11:1 평화의 나라 이새의 줄기에서 한 싹이 나며 그 뿌리에서 한 가지가 나서 결실할 것이요
11:2 그의 위에 여호와의 영 곧 지혜와 총명의 영이요 모략과 재능의 영이요 지식과 여호와를 경외하는 영이 강림하시리니
11:3 그가 여호와를 경외함으로 즐거움을 삼을 것이며 그의 눈에 보이는 대로 심판하지 아니하며 그의 귀에 들리는 대로 판단하지 아니하며
11:4 공의로 가난한 자를 심판하며 정직으로 세상의 겸손한 자를 판단할 것이며 그의 입의 막대기로 세상을 치며 그의 입술의 기운으로 악인을 죽일 것이며
11:5 공의로 그의 허리띠를 삼으며 성실로 그의 몸의 띠를 삼으리라
11:6 그 때에 이리가 어린 양과 함께 살며 표범이 어린 염소와 함께 누우며 송아지와 어린 사자와 살진 짐승이 함께 있어 어린 아이에게 끌리며
11:7 암소와 곰이 함께 먹으며 그것들의 새끼가 함께 엎드리며 사자가 소처럼 풀을 먹을 것이며
11:8 젖 먹는 아이가 독사의 구멍에서 장난하며 젖 뗀 어린 아이가 독사의 굴에 손을 넣을 것이라
11:9 내 거룩한 산 모든 곳에서 해 됨도 없고 상함도 없을 것이니 이는 물이 바다를 덮음 같이 여호와를 아는 지식이 세상에 충만할 것임이니라

11:1 이새의 줄기에서 한 싹이 나며 그 뿌리에서 한 가지가 자라서 열매를 맺는다.
11:2 주의 영이 그에게 내려 오신다. 지혜와 총명의 영, 모략과 권능의 영, 지식과 주를 경외하게 하는 영이 그에게 내려오시니,
11:3 그는 주를 경외하는 것을 즐거움으로 삼는다. 그는 눈에 보이는 대로만 재판하지 않으며, 귀에 들리는 대로만 판결하지 않다.
11:4 가난한 사람들을 공의로 재판하고, 세상에서 억눌린 사람들을 바르게 논죄한다. 그가 하는 말은 몽둥이가 되어 잔인한 자를 치고, 그가 내리는 선고는 사악한 자를 사형에 처한다.
11:5 그는 정의로 허리를 동여매고 성실로 그의 몸의 띠를 삼는다.
11:6 그 때에는, 이리가 어린 양과 함께 살며, 표범이 새끼 염소와 함께 누우며, 송아지와 새끼 사자와 살진 짐승이 어린 아이가 그것들을 이끌고 다닌다.
11:7 암소와 곰이 서로 벗이 되며, 그것들이 새끼와 함께 누우며, 사자가 소처럼 풀을 먹는다.
11:8 젖먹는 아이가 독사의 구멍곁에서 장난하고, 젖땐 아이가 살무사의 굴에 손을 넣는다.
11:9 "나의 거룩한 산 모든 곳에서, 서로 해치거나 파괴하는 일이 없다." 물이 마다를 채우듯, 주님을 아는 지식이 땅에 가득하기 때문이다.

11:4 공의로 빈핍한 자를 심판하며 정직으로 세상의 겸손한 자를 판단할 것이며 그 입의 막대기로 세상을 치며 입술의 기운으로 악인을 죽일 것이며
11:5 공의로 그 허리띠를 삼으며 성실로 몸의 띠를 삼으리라
11:6 그 때에 이리가 어린 양과 함께 거하며 표범이 어린 염소와 함께 누우며 송아지와 어린 사자와 살진 짐승이 함께 있어 어린아이에게 끌리며
11:7 암소와 곰이 함께 먹으며 그것들의 새끼가 함께 엎드리며 사자가 소처럼 풀을 먹을 것이며

11:1 이새의 그루터기에서 햇순이 나오고 그 뿌리에서 새싹이 돋아난다.
11:2 야훼의 영이 그 위에 내린다. 지혜와 슬기를 주는 영, 경륜과 용기를 주는 영, 야훼를 알게 하고 그를 두려워하게 하는 영이 내린다.
11:3 그는 야훼를 두려워하는 것으로 기쁨을 삼아 겉만 보고 재판하지 아니하고 말만 듣고 시비를 가리지 아니하리라.
11:4 가난한 자들의 재판을 정당하게 해 주고 흙에 묻혀 사는 천민의 시비를 비로 가려 주리라. 그의 말은 몽치가 되어 잔인한 자를 치고 그의 입김은 무도한 자를 죽이리라.
11:5 그는 정의로 허리를 동이고 성실로 띠를 띠리라.
11:6 늑대가 새끼양과 어울리고 표범이 수염소와 함께 딩굴며 새끼사자와 송아지가 함께 풀을 뜯으리니 어린아이가 그들을 몰고다니리라.
11:7 암소와 곰이 친구가 되어 그 새끼들이 함께 딩굴고 사자가 소처럼여물을 먹으리라.
11:8 젖먹이가 살모사의 굴에서 장난하고 젖뗀 어린아기가 독사의 굴에겁없이 손을 넣으리라.
11:9 나의 거룩한 산 어디를 가나 서로 해치거나 죽이는 일이 다시는 없으리라. 바다에 물이 넘실거리듯 땅에는 야훼를 아는 지식이 차고 넘치리라.
이사야

11:1 다윗 왕족의 혈통은 잘라진 나무처럼 끊어질 것이지만 줄기에서 새 순이 돋고 뿌리에서 새 가지가 나오듯이 다윗의 후손 가운데서 한 새로운 왕이 일어날 것이다.
11:2 여호와의 성령께서 그에게 자기 백성을 다스릴 지혜와 지식과 재능을 주실 것이며 그는 여호와의 뜻을 알고 그를 두려운 마음으로 섬길 것이며
11:3 그에게 순종하는 것을 즐거움으로 여길 것이다. 그는 눈에 보이는 외모나 귀에 들리는 소문으로 심판하지 않을 것이며
11:4 가난하고 힘없는 자들을 옹호하고 세상의 악인들을 쳐서 죽이실 것이며
11:5 정의와 성실로 자기 백성을 다스릴 것이다.
11:6 그때 이리와 어린 양이 함께 살며 표범이 어린 염소와 함께 눕고 송아지와 사자 새끼가 함께 먹으며 어린 아이들이 그것들을 돌볼 것이다.
11:7 그리고 암소와 곰이 함께 먹고 그 새끼들이 함께 누울 것이며 사자가 소처럼 풀을 먹고
11:8 젖먹이가 독사 곁에서 놀며 어린 아이들이 독사 굴에 손을 넣어도 해를 입지 않을 것이다.
11:9 하나님의 거룩한 산 시온에는 해로운 것이나 악한 것이 아무것도 없을 것이다. 이것은 바다에 물이 가득하듯이 세상에 여호와를 아는 지식이 충만할 것이기 때문이다.
Isaiah
11:1~9
11:1 A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
11:2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him--the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD--
11:3 and he will delight in the fear of the LORD. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears;
11:4 but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
11:5 Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist.
11:6 The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them.
11:7 The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
11:8 The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest.
11:9 They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
Isaiah

11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
11:3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
11:4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
11:5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
11:7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
11:8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

11:5 Also righteousness will be the belt about His loins, And faithfulness the belt about His waist.
11:6 And the wolf will dwell with the lamb, And the leopard will lie down with the kid, And the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; And a little boy will lead them.
11:7 Also the cow and the bear will graze; Their young will lie down together; And the lion will eat straw like the ox.
11:8 And the nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra, And the weaned child will put his hand on the viper's den.
11:9 They will not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD As the waters cover the sea.
